Having a multitude of digital cameras over the years of the SLR to Pocket size point and grows, it's the best that I have met. It will no doubt be a great success. I bought purely based on the review of Pogue in the NY Times. I ordered it directly from the site of SONY because I wanted it for a business trip immediately. So far very impressed with all the features, the user composed and interface are not confusing, the manual is built into the camera for ease of reference, and there are a lot of guides of fire useful to remember what to do in the framework of different shooting situations. This camera BIG is delicate Flash which arises in low light conditions. Any casual observer will see to that the probability of the flash who have problems with the use is very high. That very thought went through my head at the opening of the packaging... In the era of high risk with launches of consumer products, it is difficult to believe that it was not a discussion of the design team on the way in which the camera would be carried (Pocket!) or having a delicate part displacement issues in the framework of the nominally normal (i.e. non-recessed in the film bubble at any time)... Went to my business meeting, took some great photos in low light, conditions, packed the camera in my luggage as I would do it any camera pocket, after unpacking guess what... flash arose in my luggage and was damaged and would not close or open.Sony DSC-RX100 20.2 MP Exmor CMOS Sensor Digital Camera
